Montana Counselor Tour

SAMPLE Schedule

The 2026 Montana Counselor Tour is scheduled for July 20-24, 2026. Below, you will find a sample schedule (subject to change) of events based on past tours. You will receive a tentative schedule of events leading up to the tour and a final copy of the schedule upon check-in at each university.

Counselors will be charged a $400 non-refundable registration fee to participate. This fee covers lodging, majority of meals, a guided tour of Yellowstone National Park, and programmatic fees for the week. If accepted, Counselors will be asked to complete the first half of the $400 payment ($200) by a particular date to hold their spot. The second half of the $400 payment ($200) will be due by a later date. Counselors are responsible for the cost of travel to and from the tour.
