Montana Counselor Tour

We encourage visitors to fly directly into the airport of their choice when exploring the Montana University System. There is a variety of resources available for families in regards to free transportation systems, rental car agencies, travel agencies, etc.

If you are participating in our official tour route, you can fly directly into Missoula (home of The University of Montana - first stop on the tour) and out of Bozeman (home of Montana State University - last stop on the tour). Remember, we only provide bus transportation from Missoula to Bozeman so if you choose to fly into and out of the same city you'll need to arrange your own transportation. 

We can provide shuttle service (at any time - don't worry about too early or too late) to and from the airports and campus.

Additionally, both the Missoula and Bozeman area have Uber and Lyft drivers. Please keep in mind that depending on the time of year or time of day, there may be more or less drivers available.

You are welcome to drive your own vehicle. Keep in mind that by not riding on the bus, you may miss some of the "down time" with the counselors. However, if you plan to use your own vehicle, please let us know as soon as possible. That may allow us to add more people to the tour since bus capacity dictates our numbers.
